I wasn't familiar with the store before and stumbled upon it through the GLS parcel shop. I then asked for advice on hair color and am very satisfied with the products, so I can recommend it! I'll be happy to come back to pick up parcels and as a customer :)

Great shop and always helpful. My wife ordered a hair clipper for me from here a year ago. Unfortunately, the battery was defective. The customer service staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire complaint process. Anyone who shops online here has a very good partner! Thanks again

I am incredibly satisfied. Friendly staff who made me feel comfortable right away. My hair was colored even though it had a lot of color variations and was very brittle. It was beautifully restored, and I got the color I wanted. I am very grateful and happy.
